The Big Facebook Product Announcement…Video for Instagram.

Yesterday, as previously rumoured, Facebook announced that Instagram has released an update enabling users to create 15 seconds of video. Of course, being Instagram, your videos can be filtered with a choice of 13 specifically designed filters. Exciting right?
