Hi Henry,

Great article. It is surprising the number of agencies that are not yet on board or still have web pages that look like they were designed in the early 90s. Now when companies are looking for agencies that are "with it" and keeping up on the latest trends, practices, and techniques, one of the first things they do is look on Google.
The top posts on Google are either businesses that have paid to be there or that have mastered the art of social media marketing, search engine optimization, and online reputation management.
We are determined to bring social media monitoring to the European, Asian, and American markets where the Internet is being adopted more frequently and rapidly. As the number of consumers online increases, (the existence of) the ROI of social media will cease to be debated.

Thanks again for posting this

Best,
Michelle

Henry,

Thanks for the comments on our survey and I think you make some insightful points, especially when it comes to agencies practicing what they preach. We were somewhat surprised with the frequency aspect of agency social media use as well. Will be interesting to see how it evolves in 2010.
