		<description>It seems that for me that if you want to tweet while most people are on it should be between 3pm and 5pm it seems that there are so many tweeting at that time that i can&#039;t keep up.

But if someone wants a reply from me it is best to tweet me between 3am and 5am i like to catch up during that slow time and when someone is up and sends me a question i notice it right away on tweet deck and i don&#039;t have so much distraction. 

I live in eatern time zone.</description>

Second, if your followers are all in one region, say USA, then repeating tweets is probably pointless. My post was aimed at users who have a global set of followers, not just in the US. Any one tweet I send out will catch some of my followers awake and some asleep. It seems to make sense to repeat important tweets in this case to catch your global audience.</description>
