Search the Web without Using Your Mouse

Alex Christie

26 November 2008

While surfing the web
yesterday, I discovered a interesting new Google search mashup. It's called
Keyboardr. This search engine has a search-as-you-type interface which means
you don’t have to press enter after you've type you're search query.

Once you
see a site that you like, you use the arrow keys to navigate to the result and
hit the enter key. This way of navigating is actually a lot faster and easier
once you get used to it. Keyboardr also integrates Youtube and Wikipedia into its
search results.

I was very impressed with the speed of this
search engine and it is interesting to navigate without
using a mouse.
