Yahoo! launched a new web destination, Shine, on Monday morning. The company said that this new online portal is targeted at women between the ages of 25 and 54.

The site will feature original Blogs and content from major publishing Companies including Conde Nast, Hearst, and Time.

The site is Yahoo’s latest in a line of vertical sites, which include the popular Yahoo News and Yahoo Entertainment. Shine is also Yahoo’s first attempt at targeting a specific audience and not just a topic.

Users will also be able to get to their Yahoo Mail on Shine, and there is integration with Yahoo Search, Health, and Astrology. But there will be even more integration in the future with services like, Yahoo Messenger and Yahoo Answers.
