A Wiki is a web application that allows users to add content about
specific topics, and it allows other users to edit it. The best example
of an operational Wiki is the hugely influential Wikipedia.

Wikis have been used by corporations for a few years already, but it’s
only recently that the application has made inroads and is rewriting
the rules of collaboration at companies like Sony. The Sony PlayStation
team uses Wiki’s to help keep executives informed about product
development.

Louis says:

"Wiki has been described as the catalyst for change. It’s
definitely worth a look at how it could improve communication within
your company."
